By accessing and using the Mecca Directions application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (available at [Privacy Policy URL]). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

You are advised to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Mecca Directions is a technical utility tool that provides:

• 2.1. Geographical direction calculations to a fixed point (21.4225°N, 39.8262°E)
• 2.2. Astronomical time calculations based on ISNA parameters
• 2.3. Lunar calendar conversion and event reminders

All calculations are performed locally on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers or third parties.

3. Nature of the Application

Important Notice: This App is a technical calculation tool for informational reference only. It provides geographical and astronomical data based on established scientific standards but does not constitute religious advice, instruction, or a substitute for religious authority.

The App functions as a geographical information system (GIS) and astronomical calculation utility. Users are solely responsible for determining how (or whether) to use this information in their religious practice.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• 4.1. Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
• 4.2. Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its underlying algorithms;
• 4.3. Not use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or burden our systems or the experience of other users;
• 4.4. Not use the App for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
• 4.5. Acknowledge that all calculations are for informational purposes only and should be verified with primary sources where necessary;
• 4.6. Ensure that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to algorithms, design, text, graphics, and interfaces) are owned by YUANHENG INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the App or its content;
• Modify or create derivative works;
• Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools;
• Use the App for any commercial purpose.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate calculations using recognized standards (WGS-84 coordinates, ISNA parameters), all results are provided "as calculated" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Accuracy may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

• Device hardware capabilities and sensors;
• GPS signal quality and environmental conditions;
• Software limitations of the operating system;
• Mathematical rounding and approximation inherent in calculations.

You assume all risk associated with the use of or reliance on the calculated information. For critical applications, you should verify results with multiple independent sources.

7. Donations, Payments and Refunds

Donations made on this website are voluntary contributions intended to support the platform and its ongoing operation.

Donations do not constitute the purchase of goods or services and do not grant any specific rights, benefits, or guaranteed outcomes.

All donation payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a donation, users authorize the platform and its designated payment processors to collect and process the payment in accordance with the selected payment method.

Due to the voluntary and non-exchange nature of donations, donations are generally non-refundable. Please refer to Donations & Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall YUANHENG INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:

• (a) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• (b) Any loss of data, privacy, opportunity, or profits;
• (c) Any personal injury, property damage, or other harm arising from your use or inability to use the App;
• (d) Any decisions made or actions taken based on the App's calculations;
• (e) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• (f) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;
• (g) Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time for any reason, including maintenance, updates, security concerns, or business decisions.

While we are not obligated to provide prior notice for all changes, we will endeavor to inform users of significant, permanent discontinuations where practicable. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

You may also terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the App and deleting it from your device.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App.

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiations for a period of at least thirty (30) days before initiating any legal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated through the App interface or via email if you have provided your contact information.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of them. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must cease using the App and delete it from your device.

13. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The App operates within third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Tiktok, or others). Your use of the App may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by these platforms.

We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or content of any third-party platform. Any disputes regarding purchases, downloads, or other interactions with the App through these platforms should be directed to the respective platform.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and YUANHENG INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
